Early voting has closed and this Tuesday (May 26th, 2026) is the final day to make your voice heard and cast your ballot in the Primary Elections.

Follow-Ups for the Zoning Information
During our recent neighborhood meeting, a few questions were raised to Stephen Rye, who was presenting on the zoning updates. These questions dealt with the traffic and road conditions leading into the Middle Fiskville area subject to these updates.
Stephen has provided follow-up answers below.
How many units will be produced on-site? Maximum of 15 units per week. The site would serve as Exowatt’s new product introduction facility. Large volume production will run through their contract manufacturing partners and not at the Middle Fiskville property.
What kind of truck traffic will this new owner introduce with the zoning updates? No more than 50 standard semi loads per week. Much less than the prior volume of Frito Lay (previous owner).
Will there be any improvements to Middle Fiskville as part of this zoning update? I am reaching out to ATD this week to set a meeting regarding striping and will keep you apprised of the progress.
Neighborhood Events
Our Ice Cream Social event is slated for June 30th, it will be held at Holy Word Lutheran Church. If you plan on attending, please RSVP through our Events Page.
If a Tuesday night isn't something that works with you or your family's schedule, John has offered to host a smaller social on Sunday to provide an alternative space for neighbors to get together. If you'd be interested in that alternative event, please RSVP to the Sunday Afternoon Social.
