December Meeting Postponed to Early 2026

Our usual December community meeting will not take place this year. The City of Austin, which typically participates in these discussions, is unable to join us this month. Instead, the meeting will be rescheduled for early next year. This delay gives everyone more time to gather thoughts and ideas for the agenda.

Improvements to the Neighborhood Website

Our neighborhood website is evolving thanks to contributions from residents who want to make it more useful. Two key features have been added recently:

• Announcement Bar

This new section appears at the top of every page. It highlights important news and updates so you won’t miss anything critical no matter where you browse on the site.

• Neighborhood Resources

Accessible from the Resources tab, this area is growing with helpful information. It includes guides, contacts, and tips that support daily life in our community.

Join the Neighborhood Community on Discord

In an effort to help neighbors move away from ad-heavy platforms like Nextdoor and Facebook, we've set up a community on Discord, a space designed for straightforward, no-frills communication.

Discord does not use engagement-driven algorithms or show advertisements. It’s simply a place for neighbors to talk and help each other.

To join, click the invitation link on the neighborhood website or contact us for details. This new way to connect keeps conversations focused and community-driven.
